COOKIE!
Today is National Cookie Day.. so naturally, I had to bake some cookies. I decided to go 'simple' and made Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc Chocolate Chip Cookie. These were super quick to whip up, especially when you decide to make them kind of on the larger side, hehe. I only had mini chocolate chips on hand so that's what I used. Enjoy! Eat a cookie, or ten, today! :)
